Brandi was very professional and informative. She always kept me informed of the status of maintence on my car and gave me an overall review of my car's care / wear and tear, if any upcoming maintenance. I also received my car back on time as promised.

Good experience with Mr. Gaines.But snack/ refreshment area is totally inadequate, especially for waiting 2 hours as I did.Out of coffee and snacks are terrible.If you lower your standards, also lower your rates.
