my visit met my expectations. checked me in quickly, i waited for the car, and the work was completed when said it would be. the only negative is i need a new fan belt but that part was not in stock. i understand supply chain issues but not even having a belt in stock? that is not good.

although i was disappointed with how long it took to look at my vehicle initially, once it was looked it and will offered me a loaner it went smoothly
