i would have given a rate of 5, but i approached a service rep and asked for assistance after waiting in my car for approximately 10 minutes. everything else went smoothly after.

my experience was really great ... drop off was very simple and everything was explained to me clearly. the waiting area was very clean and welcoming and the communication was very thorough for pick up and during the service to check status.
