i am treated like royalty at the lexus dealer in ny; well the same here! i was treated with such respect, expertise and professionalism; i am so pleased and happy that i have purchased a lexus as my vehicle. david fazio was my service consultant and i could not have received better service; i was treated with such kindness, respect and professionalism, i didn't want to leave and go home! i received all the bells and whistles that go along with being a lexus owner, plus some. i would tell anyone and everyone to purchase a lexus and then when you ho back into nalley lexus roswell for servicing- just see how satisfied and happy you will be! worth every dime of the cost; god even blessed me with my vehicle!

not greeted upon arrival; had to track down someone. originally assigned dave but that was switched to brandi. brandi was great (5 stars) but the infrastructure around the visit is about 50% of what it used to be. for example, nice espresso machine still in place, but no one to operate. when completed it was unclear to me what was done. bill used to show items dealt with and before/after value (e.g. tire pressures, what oil/filters replaced, etc.). no feedback. not the service rep's fault (once again, yet another new one after 20+ years of the same one). i get that volumes down and parts are hard to find. as such, revenue is down. but if you want return customers for service and new cars, this new level of service isn't how to achieve it.
