My sales person was wonderful. He explained everything and kept me updated through out the whole sales process. He was patient with me when explaining the features in the car. He couldn't have been any better.The finance guy was also very informative and explained all the additional service and maintenance options without being pushy.You have a rock star group.

efficient and courteous

good experience overall, but i have my comments1. it took more than a month to get an appointment2. after that it took more than a month to get my car repaired3. my insurance covered me for 30 days on rental and because it took more than a month to repair, i was without a car for more than a week4. the cost for repairs were surely more than 35% from other quotes i got, taking into account some unknown parts that can be assessed only after removing the car to see the damages, taking all this into account the cost for repair was on the upper side.

bryan was a great sales associate. he helped my family with choosing the right car for us. he explained everything to us carefully and he answered all of our questions. he made sure that we were comfortable at the visit and that we got what we wanted. he even made sure to help my mom regarding all the new technologies that came with the new car. i am very happy to have worked with bryan martinez

everything went smoothly, from tk picking me up at the airport thru paperwork and finally, taking possession of the rx350 and driving away. i had a very good experience, especially considering the fact that i bought a car sight unseen, from 700 miles away - not for the faint of heart but it all worked out flawlessly. great experience, thank you, and i love the vehicle.
