i purchased my present lexus from nalley lexus in roswell through jim robert 13 years ago. it is definitely the time for a new car so i called jim and made an appointment for friday. with the situation the way cars are right now i wasn't sure how long it was going to take to order one or find one that i wanted. i pretty much knew exactly what i wanted so jim helped me find that. he helped me find the right color the right interior and the right style that i wanted. we actually found it in a previously enjoyed car as jim puts it on the lot. it was the perfect style, color and interior that i was looking for. because it was a 2019 i was able to get the ultra luxury for a little less than i would've had to pay for a new one. i got a reasonable price for a trade-in on my present car which was an es350, 2008 with a little less than 72,000 miles on it. it has been the best car that i've everhad that's what has brought me back to lexus. the quality of these cars are amazing and i am hoping that this one will be as good as my first one. can't say enough about jim. he is a joy to work with and of course knows his stuff. the dealership had also been updated since i was there and it looks really beautiful. can't wait to pick up my car hopefully tomorrow.
