diagnosed correctly, took 3 days to replace water pump but i had a nice loaner. my tire pressure monitor was lit and ignored. i returned and they checked the air pressure in all tires and they were fine. i was treated nicely...repair was expensive but they did wash the car

Actually I was window shopping on that day with interest of RX350. All the employees there were very friendly and warm-hearted to help me and my wife, especially the sales consultant Dexter. He came back and forth to take the car keys of different models for us to test and check. And with excellent patience, he explained all the details when comparing the different years of the model RX350. Both my wife and I were so moved that we felt it was the right place we can get our new car.Almost at the end of the purchasing phase, everything looked perfect but only except my budget. Dexter and his manager helped us get a much better financing rate than the one I had applied from my bank. Then, we, with full of happiness, got our new car settled.Thanks to all the employees there and I am really satisfied and happy to be part of Lexus family at Roswell.
