Rami provided very quick help on finding a new car. i came after work and he was more than accomodating.

had a nail in side of tire. could not be repaired. tire was still under warranty and was replaced along with getting a new tire. since it was saturday, was given a loaner car. that was not expected but was welcome. everything went very smoothly.

I purchased a used car from your Roswell location about a year and a half ago. On my way to work this past Tuesday morning I got a flat tire. Thankfully I was minutes away from this location. I pulled in and asked if they could please look at it. Without me having an appointment or even calling first, Nathan immediately had someone take the car back and look at the tire. He let me know that they could fix it, asked me if I wanted the repair and had them repair it. They also took it through the carwash. I was extremely impressed with their willingness to take me without an appointment, fix the tire and allow me to get to work without too much of a delay. That is exceptional service.

as usual, will galliger, our service technician for many years for both of our cars gs350 and and es 350, was helpful from the first word. we count on nalley lexus for excellence of service, grand courtesy, and expert knowledge. we have never been disappointed.although our appointment was for a general check up for our gs 350, i asked will his opinion about my inability to open the trunk of my es 350 after many years. it is a 2010 lexus. rather than burden us with a long trip and time for service will was kind enough to suggest that i check to see if i had bought the valet switch in the glove compartment. as usual, he was right and he save me considerable worry and time.
