as usual, will galliger, our service technician for many years for both of our cars gs350 and and es 350, was helpful from the first word. we count on nalley lexus for excellence of service, grand courtesy, and expert knowledge. we have never been disappointed.although our appointment was for a general check up for our gs 350, i asked will his opinion about my inability to open the trunk of my es 350 after many years. it is a 2010 lexus. rather than burden us with a long trip and time for service will was kind enough to suggest that i check to see if i had bought the valet switch in the glove compartment. as usual, he was right and he save me considerable worry and time.

tech was vey helpful and kept me informed of the status. made sure they did a thorough job on the cleaning of my car.

David Fazio is the only rep that will ever handle our car. The service is superior. Where David goes I go.

worked with nathan for my 30k mile service, and alignment, and full detail. nathan made sure that my service was done correctly and as promptly as possible. i love the service dept. at nalley lexus.

excellent

Fast and easy.

My experience with Lexus Nalley was really the best. I had the best salesman, Alex Dumond. He was really supportive and helpful in the decisions I was making, so I thank him a lot. I also thank Muhamed, for his support as well. Honestly everybody that works there was really nice and helpful… Thank you again! I love my car 😍

Great communication. Great technical expertise in finding a difficult electrical problem not the fault of Lexus. Great warranty work. Great waiting area that I only spent about 3 minutes in. Colin was the case manager. I really liked his approach. He was very professional.

it was fantastic. i drove up from savannah because you guys are just top notch.
