Great from start to finish. Dave Fazio was on point and the work was timely and priced right.

david was pleasant and informative. all was fine except the wait time that was a bit long. the environment was very bright and clean, and the snacks offered were fine and helpful for the wait. my car was fine when i left.(what you offered to me for my car was not enough - especially knowing today's market and that you'd turn it around and sell it for about 8-10 thousand dollars more. )

Excellent appointment. The service was estimated to take 90 minutes. It was completed in an hour. Additionally, the service advisor set up my cellphone for hands-free operation and answered a couple of other questions that I had on other features of the car. Very satisfied.

assuming 5 is the best. brandi managed my issues perfectly. replace windshield, recalibrate features , touch up hood damage from rock and install a new wheel. all the while keeping me informed of status. i have upmost confidence in brandi managing our service issues.
