always "extra" something with servicing a vehicle. seems to be about the money. if i service my car according to schedule there shouldn't be more service needed. i was completely turned off about the suggestion to charge me $99 to replace windshield wipers. that was ridiculously terrible and left a poor feeling about the rest of the charges incurred.
