I made my appt online, and was not aware of how long the 60K check up would be. When I arrived, I was told 2-3 hours, and was given a loaner car. I arrived at 11:10, left with loaner car 11:50, arrived back at dealership around 3:00, but left around 5:15. Everything was handled professionally. It was just a longer day than I had expected.
