brandi was top notch. pleasant, thorough, told me what to expect and there were no surprises.

brandi was able to get me a loaner and they fixed my car with in a day .

i use to always go to the smyrna location but was not impressed with their service people. they weren't very friendly.the only negative from yesterday was cleaning my car. floor mats were clean but nothing else was cleaned exterior was just ok

This was my first service experience there upon moving from FL. The experience could not have been better. From the time of drop off and wait, until leaving, everything was perfect due to Bennett Chapple’s take-ownership for service. I was also impressed at the decor and refreshments. Having my delivered with cleanup and washing was spotless I hope to be a regular customer in the future
