brandi was great; i had dead battery that morning and needed to drive out of town that afternoon. i got hybrid battery jumped by aaa, called nalley and brandi said 1 hybrid battery only in stock; i said, "don't let it get away; i am coming now." she knew we were going out of town and got it taken care of quickly. as usual, the car was washed, vacuumed and returned in good time.
