my service rep - will g, as usual was very cordial, very effective communicator . he helped me with the recommendations made by service engineer. with time limitation on late saturday afternoon, he arranged a loaner vehicle. very helpful.

amazing. doh is always professional and quick. he provides amazing customer service and i have stayed with lexus for 10 years in part because of doh.

brandi is great. i have one little issue. one of the great perks for taking my car to the dealership, is that they wash my car. they used to wash and vacuum, and do a great job. lately...not do much. whoever does this service, needs to understand they represent the dealership. last time, the job they did on the windows was so bad, when the sun hit the window, i was blinded. i literally had to pull over to the side of the road and use a cloth from the trunk, so i could continue driving. it looked like they just took a wet cloth and wiped the inside of the window. probably didn't even dry it. i don't think they vacuum anymore.

Alex is great, and his customer service is superb! I will always refer friends and family that may want to purchase Lexus to Alex so that they can also enjoy that experience!
