oil change. very nicely done

appointment time readily available when calling in advance. very efficient with prompt service from do.car was ready in time suggested.no longer have car warranty for routine maintenance and many suggest and prices are higher than oil changes elsewhere. at times sale prices are available for maintenance however dates are short and do not need service at times of sales.it would be nice to have regular customers get discounts periodically - it would seem those without warranty would consider coming to dealership rather than go elsewhere.

Brandi Maday, the service consultant, was exceptional! She was personable and professional. She regularly let me know the status of my car's service. The Technician who performed my service did a great job. I watched him perform the four wheel alignment. He was very methodical with the alignment procedure. I was very impressed with the care he took with the equipment used for the alignment. I can highly recommend Nalley Lexus Service Department.
