We were buying a car with Ali as our sales representative and he guided our car trade-in as well as the preparation of all of our steps necessary to drive our new car home that same evening. Everything was communicated effectively and all processes ran smoothly. We had fun with the “big reveal” and stepping into our car to drive for the first time.
