Really appreciated Brian’s patient help today with learning and programming some of the technology on our new Lexus. We bought it yesterday and had an outstanding experience with Kevin and since it was late in the day, just wanted to learn the basics. Today, we realized we had questions. Kevin was off today but Brian was absolutely wonderful. So clear and helpful and unhurried.
