I scheduled my maintenance which involved an oil change and checking fluids because I already had my tires rotated, which would normally be part of the service. Took close to 2 hours, which is close to the time I was told ( an hour and a half to an hour and 45 minutes). The one person I had contact with was friendly. I’ve found other Lexus dealerships a bit more welcoming and interested in making sure your wait is ok by checking in occasionally, offering a drink, etc, but not a huge deal.
