I am normally greeted and my car gathered as soon as I arrive for my appointment, but this time that didn’t happen. I had to sit there for several minutes and finally I decided to flag someone down to get my car collected. I was on a time schedule and couldn’t be late. My usual representative Anthony was out, but Bannon was very professional. The prices of the oil change went up but no information was provided why.
