Anthony kept us informed on when a delivery would be in so we could see the color match. Never intended to buy, but loved the colors so bought it. No hassle or high pressure selling!!

Great experience. Done in reasonable amount of time. Lexus ordered me a Lyft to take me home and pick me back up!

Overall, I was quite pleased although there were 2 small issues. I asked to be scheduled on Dec 1 and thought the woman did so but actually she scheduled it fir Dec 2. Fortunately Bennet was able to take me on the 1st. I also would have preferred to have a car to use while I waited but the use of Lyft was a reasonable option.

Nalley Lexus was able to get me in for an oil change without an appointment when I was in the area and my car came due for an oil change.
