Anthony is the best service advisor in the business. He got me a loaner car which I did not expect. He listened to all of my concerns and had then addressed by the tech. Anthony is the sole reason I go to thr dealership for maintenance.

My experience with my advisor is always great!!! I have noticed the car wash after a service over $1K does not take place or is not as good as they use to be. I have been coming to the dealership for over 10 years with the difference changes in the word so I do understand some amenities could no longer be supported from a business perspective, this is one that would be nice to bring back to Lexus standard and continue.

Alex, our sales guy was knowledgeable on the product and helped us all the way through the process. I will gladly recommend Alex to anyone who asks me about a car. Ale was awesome from start all the way to the finish process!! 🤩
