This was my first time taking my new car in for service, and it was a great experience! Thank you!!

The service person was personable and did a great job. But, the service itself was very slow. When I checked in at one I was told it would take approximately 1.5 hours to complete the service. At 4 o'clock I drove out of the dealership. If I had know that it was going to take that long for service I would have asked for a loaner or had someone drop me off and the take me to pick up the car. All of the people that I worked with were awesome and very helpful in answering my questions, even those unrelated to the service appointment. Thus, I would say say that your people who work with customers are your strength. But you need to be more upfront as to the length of time needed to complete the services, and, this needs to be addressed before the vehicle is taken in for service.

The experience at Nalley Lexus was great. My salesperson, Alex Dumond was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. He took time to answer all of our questions. He did not rush us, he allowed us to take our time to look at several vehicles. I would definitely refer friends or anyone that may be looking to purchase a Lexus to Nalley and suggest rhat they ask for Alex Dumond. He's a great and respectable young man. You should be proud to have him working at your establishment.
