Emergency situation and was able to be seen. It was a much longer wait than anticipated but was explained that staffing was about half down. Brandy Madday is my service advisor out of Nalley Roswell, GA. She always delivers nothing short of the best service! I wasn’t able to get through a phone line, but emailed her and she replied minutes later!

My service rep provided the best possible service on totally short notice. It’s the kind of service other companies may talk about but then can’t deliver. My Nalley Lexus service rep takes excellent care of me.

My wife and I had been looking for a NX 200t for several months when we noticed a great deal at Nalley. The only issue - we live out of state and our schedules didn’t permit a trip over. We contacted the dealership and worked with Sal Damico to view the car through FaceTime. Great use of technology by the staff and the car was at our house two days later. Thanks to the entire team at Nalley we were able to seamlessly purchase a great car.
