Always enjoy the detail you go through to service my car. I really like the texts on status of service and approve extra service requirements while waiting in the lounge.

No courtesy cars available, although an Appt was scheduled. Very disappointing. System shouldn’t allow courtesy car if you don’t expect to have cars.
