It was a very good experience with your salesman. He was patient, and we appreciated that he took time to explain the new Lexus to us. We were disappointed in the price that we received for our Lexus trade in from your manager. The price difference was $10,000 more for us to pay than the trade we made in 2015 for the same model cars with a different dealer. Unfortunately that dealer had no cars to sell at this time.
