Great sales person

Brandy Maday NEVER ceases to amaze me! I showed up for routine service, she said they were short staffed. Instead of having me wait several hours at the dealer, she arranged for an Uber to take me home. This is why I love Nalley Lexus…Brandy Maday. Do yourselves a favor and hire 10 more just like her!!

I was at this location this week , worked with Tk . From the beginning to the end this man helped me and actually listened to what I needed . I had pretty challenged credit due to medical bills so I didn’t think I would be able to get myself a car . Tk explained to me that he had a few really good transition vehicles on his lot that would get me into a car and ensure I had a chance to improve my credit . I will definitely be seeing him again after 6 months to trade out and get something better . Thank you Tk , and the entire Lexus of roswell team :)

TK was able to answer all my questions and give excellent customer service. Would recommend him to anyone looking for a new Lexus.

Anthony service advisor are great, helpful and attentive to us. We had bought a battery for my car on Saturday because car wouldn’t start at home in Barnesville. When placing battery in car my husband dropped a piece that holds battery in place. So we drove car back to your place on Monday and Anthony was there to get part from Toyota and put it on himself. The parts manager was nice too. Thanks Anthony and hang in there buddy!!!!!
