Rami and Sheena were amazing! The process was a bit long but they were such great people it wasn’t the worst. They reassured me and explained everything. I truly enjoyed meeting them and working with them. I would come back when my lease is up and re-sign. Great customer service and great employees.

I worked with Rami and Mike. Rami was very knowledgeable about the car I was interested in. He had the car ready to go as soon as I got there which is awesome. He made sure I was familiar with all the best features of my RC350 during the test drive. He explained everything to me very well before handing me off to Mike. Mike worked really hard for me to get my financing just how I wanted it. He explained of my options very thoroughly and made it easy for me to understand. I greatly appreciate the whole team's hard work in getting me in an awesome Lexus! I also don't want to forget all the guys and gals behind the scenes who worked hard to make sure my certified car was beautifully cleaned and I'm tip top shape.
