Rami did an excellent job helping us buy a used Honda Civiic. We did have a minor issue with a scratch that we did not see when we bought car. However, he offered to have us bring it in and he personally took care of it. Rami is a true asset to your brand

Found the car Friday @ 6pm online. Called Rami and placed a deposit. Drove down from Knoxville, Signed paperwork and drove off the lot @ 2pm. Easiest purchase of a newer vehicle ever.
