Team is excellent

Salesman and finance were knowledgeable, pleasant, and efficient.

Appreciate the thorough check and working with the insurance company.

Professional experience

She said 1 hour and twenty minutes, and I was done exactly in 1 hour and twenty minutes!

My service experience at Nalley Lexus was very positive. Good communication, quick and accurate service and professional service reps. My car came back freshly washed and vacuumed. Excellent!

All were helpful and professional

Will Gallagher is one of the best service managers that I had in all the years I’ve been taking my car to Nalley Lexus for service. He is the kindest and most caring person I dealt with. All the technicians that work on my car but I don’t know by name do an excellent job in caring for my car and making sure my car is safe to drive.

My service was excellent! Thank Alex, Mohamed and Daniela it was a pleasure meeting you all . Everyone was very pleasant even the first face you meet at the door the receptionist greetings you with a smile it was very pleasant 👍🏾
