From the moment I walked in, I was quickly greeted and discussed what would be done to my vehicle. I was then sent a text with a link that kept me up to date with the process. And before I knew it, I was told I was ready to go. It was a very great experience. The only qualm I had was that the oil change was going to be included in this appointment, but I had gone elsewhere to get one (spending $90) :(

Service was excellent as usual and my advisor David Fazio always provides excellent customer service and is a very courteous person.

My wife and I are both Lexus owners and we work with David Fazio who we is an amazing employee and we love working with David.
