We were traveling from Tennessee to Atlanta felt the shaking when we hit the brake driving down the hill. I called Lexus for service . Got the appointment for next day morning. Service was outstanding. Anthony was our service consultant. We live in Virginia. This is our 2nd Lexus because it is the best car.

I was very impressed with my service on my LS 460 last week. I am so glad that I received this survey because I wanted to expess my gratitude to everyone who helped me with a smile ...especially Avery and Bennett. I think ; I am not great with names sometimes, so forgive me if I got it wrong. Keep up the great work! You guys served with excellence and represented Nalley Lexus well....we have multiple service options in Atlanta and you all make me want to continue to choose Nalley. Thanks again
