i was told while scheduling my appointment that there would be a loaner car available for me to use during my appointment as i have always had on the 14 years i have been a customer of nalley lexus. when i arrived for my appointment there was no car available for me to use.

I received a quick follow-up call and quote following my inquiry on vehicle. The team was flexible and accommodating once they were informed that I would be late for my appointment. The car was ready for test driving right away and I loved that I was able to take the car for a drive alone. The process was seamless and I was happy with each associate at Nalley Roswell.

Great service!

I had a problem filling my gas tank. Car’s gas gage showed 1/2 tank left yet after putting in less than 1 gallon hose shut off. Any attempt to put more gas in resulted in gas spilling out. I was scheduled to leave on a 1,500 mile road trip in 3 hours. I called Nalley Lexus who told me to bring the car right over, I explained situation to Brandy Malady who said she will get someone to look at the car immediately, which she did. Within an hour the problem was diagnosed, 4 gallons of gas was put into the car and the problem was solved. Brandy’s quick action allowed me to leave on my trip on time—-THANK YOU! You guys are great!!
