I had a great experience. From reception to sales to financing, everyone was pleasant and professional. It was my most seamless car purchase to date.

The sales person was outstanding! 5-star. However, the Finance Team kept us waiting for almost an hour, and we had an appointment. Much of our wait time we observed Nalley employees gathered in the finance office - not another customer - until we were finally summoned to come into the office. It was the opposite of how the sales person - Alex Dumond - behaved. Alex HUSTLED!

Jim Robert’s our sales associate was awesome. He knows and shows all about the vehicle. He is patient and answers all of our questions. He really knows how to interact with his clients. I will be sending anyone I know over to see him.
