Prompt service and accurate time estimate. The poor condition of the wipers was known to me for a while, but had not been flagged at Hennessy Lexus last oil change. I always forget about it until the first rain after the oil change. Glad I finally did it.

We had a very good experience at this dealership. We had a young salesperson who was only with Nalley Lexus for four months, but was quite knowledgeable and courteous. He was not pushy and was honest in his answers; and if he did not know he sought the answer from an experienced salesperson or manager.
