I came in for 50,000 mile service, and to have my brakes looked at as they were vibrating when braking. They discovered that my brakes were using aftermarket parts, so I had them replaced with Lexus parts. The brakes are totally smooth now and the issue was resolved

My first service appointment was nice and quick. The dealership was super clean and I felt very safe during COVID times!

Although the initial meeting when visiting Nalley Lexus for a car purchase did not meet my expectations, they followed up and met my needs.
