The purchasing process was easy, the only down side was the extra add ons in finance. It’s difficult when your time is valuable to feel like you have to agree to purchase extra coverages in order to get on with your day. Todd with sales did a great job with taking our pre order and keeping us updated along the way to taking possession of our new GX 550
