I went in for maintenance and it took 1 and 1/2 hours. There was a part that was broken and had to be ordered. I’m sure they didn’t know until they had finished the maintenance check. I was given a loaner car but it would have been nice to have gotten it in the beginning and I would not have had to wait. It wasn’t a bad wait because if the nice waiting area and snacks.

My vehicle was immediately taken by service staff and I was provided a loaner vehicle same as mine. Received text when service completed. Drove into service area, signed awaiting paperwork and left in my car within 5 minutes. Sooo happy with the no waiting service.
