DO our service consultant is the best! He has always taken care of us for years and really goes that extra mile to make sure we have the best experience possible. I could buy my next Lexus at a lot of dealerships but I will buy it from Nalley because of DO. Make sure you always keep him as an employe !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

David Fazio is a great service rep. I only work with him whenever I come in to get my car serviced. He makes sure I know everything about my vehicle, and he always makes sure I’m am comfortable while waiting on my car to be serviced. I know I’m not his only customer, but when I’m there he makes me feel as if I am. It’s hard to find a good honest service rep. I am so blessed and grateful to have him as my rep.
