I met and talked briefly with Jim Roberts one year ago at Nalley. And I liked him so well that a year later when we decided to buy we asked for him. Jim is very easy to work with and we would recommend him to anyone and we will ask for him when we buy our next Lexus.

We came in on Friday and talked with Jim Roberts and drove a 2021 Lexus RX 450 H. Jim called us back that day with the car we wanted and we picked up our car on Saturday. Jim was excellent to work with and we would definitely use him again.
