I brought our new GX460 because of a problem the manual poorly describes that makes it seem as though there is a problem even though there isn't. Anthony, my service writer went above and beyond to show me the problem was not real but was actually poor wording in the manual. I was not happy that I wasted the better part of 6 hours for nothing with a brand new Lexus, but I was relieved it was actually nothing and I would wager a large bet that no other dealer would have gone to the effort that Anthony did to remove 100% of my doubt. He is to be commended and held on to as long as possible. Employees like Anthony are very few and far between.
