Igor was very helpful and explained the service needs. He is a definite "Excellent" rating.The biggest issue I had was the very high prices for service items.The only option I have is to not buy another Lexus.

I set an appointment time for service and arrived a few minutes early. I gave the greeter my ID info and he arranged for the service agent to discuss what maintenance is needed. Oil change and car inspection: It took 1 hour and a half as expected. I paid the bill and the car was in the exit lane, ready to go. One issue that I have is the driver's seat was in an altered position. Lucky for me, I remembered to check and put it the full leg back position to avoid injury to my THR, total hip replacement.

Good visit, wait time was a little long.
