I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. There was a special going on so I had an alignment done as well. The service technician found a recall on the vehicle I was not aware of and fixed that as well.

Very nice service

I was able to schedule a service visit over the phone, then greeted by mask wearing courteous personnel, and met by my service agent, Benji. Although the visit took a long time, it was needed to correctly diagnose and estimate the repairs needed. Benji kept me informed throughout the process, and connected me directly with the technician to insure I had a full understanding of the issues. GREAT TEAM AT NALLEY.

Service experience was excellent! Just a note: Nalley needs to be more assertive with respect to enforcing face masks. There were at least 4 people sitting in the lounge without masks. When asked about their masks, one lady responded that hers was in her purse. She was not asked to put it on. Similar responses were given by the other 3 people and only 1 person made an effort to put their mask on. People who choose not to wear masks should not be allowed to endanger the health of others!!!
