I I don’t believe in these kind of surveys in which anything other than a five or five stars is unacceptable. They are demoralizing to the employee and by the very nature of humans everyone’s going to rate five or five stars unless the rarer is a grouch.

My service experience at Nalley Lexus was great. The staff was genuinely friendly and accommodating. COVID-19 safeguards were in place with patrons spread far apart and wearing masks. I felt very safe and would not hesitate to return.
