I recently had a 90,000 mile check up at Nalley Lexus. Do Pak, my service advisor had everything ready when I arrived. A loaner was ready and I was off within 10 minutes. The 90,000 mile service is a major. My service advisor only requested permission to complete what needed to be done and for that I trust him and Lexus as a company. It is truly experiences like this that will make me a lifelong Lexus customer. Well done!
