Service Advisor was professional and thorough. I was provided a loaner car while my car was being diagnosed. The service department was unable to identify the source of the issue and my car was returned to me with no charge for the diagnostics. I was not pleased with the comments made on the note left in my car that the reported issue was probably driver-error and my driver-side Weather Tech floor liner specifically laser designed to fit perfectly in my car was removed and implicated as a possible contributor to the issue. I have been driving for 45+ years and would NOT be pressing the gas while stopped at a traffic light to cause my car to involuntarily accelerate and nearly hit the car directly in front of me. The insinuation of my incompetence was insulting. Nonetheless, Nalley Lexus provided excellent service.

Our care was repaired as quick as possible. We drove it to Missouri and returned home to Georgia
