Brandi was great! She listened and took care of my every need. Even though they are going through a remodel, the customer service was exceptional.

Hi: I checked in with my RX 350 a few minutes before my scheduled time, but ended up waiting almost 30 minutes before Brandi Maday, my new service rep, came to get me. She was extremely apologetic, and explained the notice I was waiting had not been passed on to her. She more than made up for the delay, and I am hopeful to be able to schedule with Brandi again in the future.
