I had a service appointment for my RX350. This was for the recall repair. David took care of the paperwork and got the ball rolling on the issue. Getting a loaner was very easy. David called in approximately 3 hours to let me know service was complete. David answered all my questions and had my vehicle brought up in a few minutes of my arrival.
