All went well with the service and tire rotation! However, the caps for 3 of the 4 tires were left off. I was not happy when I discovered that and will look before leaving next time. Also, no one was available to wash my car that day and it was very dirty, I do expect excellent service and care from Lexus!

Cameron is always excellent to work with. He clearly explains everything that needs to be done and gives an accurate time estimate. He is awesome.
