When pulling into Service Dept. the gentleman that took my keys said to step into waiting area and a Service Writer would be right with me. After waiting for about 15 minutes no one had acknowledged I was even there. Had to ask one of the gentlemen in a cubby if he could help me. He did write up the work order and was very friendly. The work was performed correctly. But the wait without acknowledgement, kept me from giving you 5 stars.

Service good but took nearly double the estimated time.
